After a recent u8 Hurricane game, we were approached by one of the Watford FC Regional scouts.He was very impressed with the excellent goalkeeping display we had all just witnessed from our Tom McCormick.  Offering Tom a place at the Watford FC Player Development Centre starting in March.Which means he will receive top quality specific Goalkeeper training whilst still being able to play for the Hurricanes. That’s a great boost for the team aswell.

 This should enhance the great promise he has always shown along with his desire and enthusiasm. Both in training and games, juggling both football and rugby most weekends. Always prepared to give every effort in what he does , whilst enjoying himself doing it …which is what Children’s sport is all about.
