|We are looking for someone help make the most of our fantastic team of volunteers. Since this is a new position, anyone who takes it up can design it as they wish, but responsibilities might include:
- Helping to fill volunteer roles
- Writing short role descriptions for our various roles (starting with this one!)
- Succession planning for key roles
Its not really focused on those that volunteer to coach teams, , more on the 'management' side, so football knowledge is not really required. As you'll know, the success of CCYFC is entirely dependent on the fantastic support we get from our volunteers and we would like to underpin that work.
It would clearly suit someone who has an HR background, perhaps on a career break, who would like to keep their hand in.
